When i’m in class, i was listening Mr.aji talking about how
important knowledge was. Mr.aji said that knowledge is power, but it’s not a
power to make others look stupid. Well, i agree with that. When i saw Mr.aji’s
slide, there was Will Smith picture, then I talked with Wulan that i’m one of
the Will Smith fan, i like his act. I have seen his movies, like the legend,

In the next slide, Mr.aji gave us some task ,
and asked us to make group with 2 people in it. Mr.aji said that next time, i
don’t know when, the group must interview tourists, and make a report from it. What
a lovely task, but honestly, a little bit nervous about it. Mr. Aji gave weekly
assignments too, with our group, we must make a report about what we’re doing
in lecture that day and upload the report to blog. He also said, that many
activity we’ll do in this semester, there are :
- Write formal and informal letter
- Performs and interview in English. Like i said before, we’ll interview some tourists
- Translate English to Indonesia
- Create a resume.
- Report a news on TV or Radio.
- Report and presents a survey or investigation about ICT

At
the first meeting Mr. Aji explained about the knowledge, attitude and skills of
a person.
Then
explain how to write and present a report.
He
was given the task to make a weekly report that student reports of lectures on
that day. To
report collection container he asked , for a website or a blog that is used to
upload the report and weekly assignments.
In
addition, he also gives an idea of what to do during this five semesters,
including:
- Write formal and informal letters
Example
of a formal letter is sent a letter to faculty while informal example is
sending a letter to parents.
- Performs and interviews in English
Students
are given assignments outside the college campus and conduct interviews with
tourists, then ask for the identity and needs here
Example
of education: education should be asked in the tourist area of origin.
- Translate English to Indonesian
Information
obtained from the tourist then made the report into English and then looking
back and telling tourists translate the report.
- creates a resume
Creating
a resume about yourself we are used when applying for employment.
- Report a news on TV or Radio
Looking
for news in you tube or other sources and then retold it.
- Report and present a survey investigation
For example, a survey of
ICT on a store computer sales, how many daily behavior, how profits and so
forth. While examples of investigations that brought a chair into the bathroom
and looked at people who came out still wearing the gadget.
