In the seventh meeting of English for Engineering II, Mr.
Aji explained about next assignment on the whiteboard there was create a
plan/design of IT observation/survey with a title, objective, method,
respondents, total of respondent, location and period. Each group could choose
wheter observation or survey, but for title of that observation or survey each
group must different. The last, in the end of this semester we would read an
paper or research from someone about the ICT.
After Mr. Aji told all the assignment, he call the
group to present their video/audio of interviewing the tourist, and the topic
was about ICT. If that group can’t show a video/audio, then they must
demonstrate with a dialogue in front of the class. The first group was jevri
and firdausa, next group was sita and amadeuz. While their group present the
audio of interviewing the tourist, almost student that seated on the back of
class was noisy. Untill Mr. Aji repeatedly look at they and finally he was
became angry to us.
And then, Mr. Aji tells us to make a resume of the
results of sita and amadeuz group interviews. And he commanded sita to choose 5
group who will present their resume. After the choosen first group had
presented their resume, the resume of next group must different than the
previous group untill the last fifth choosen group. Because the topic must be
different, when a group was confused to retell that resume sita and amadeuz
group helped with a clue and a hang games. Luckily wina and yohanes group wasn’t
choosen.
Actually, last week Mr. Aji had told us to give full
attention to everyone who make presentation but that situation only be in
effect for that day he said. So next meeting this class must gave a full
attention or this class would be a nightmare to us. Mr. Aji said it seriously
and clearly. Because of Mr. Aji is about going to another island so the English
for Engineering lesson for next week was free.
